Sorry, No.
You can pass startup parameters to SQLA to execute a query, or even to execute the query, export the data and shut down. (ie as a 'batch' job)
but there is no way to display any of the 'support' screens in SQLA.
You can however set up password expiration (either globally for all users, or for all users assigned to a profile... if you use profiles.) If
a user tries to connect with a password that has expired the ODBC driver will prompt them to change their password when they try to connect. (I
have never tried this but I'm pretty sure it was implemented.)
