Perhaps a silly question but can Teradata FUNCTIONS be created without the need to resort to 'C' programs? It's just that, given that I'm not a 'C' programmer, I wonder what else I can do.

As an example suppose I wanted to take a string and reverse it, take 'LONDON' as an example. My function would return 'NODNOL'.
