Question:

I have made several batch runs where an SQL error code was display but the job received a condition code of Zero.

When a batch program, compiled by the TD PP2/Cobol, runs and then encounters a SQL error; is the SQL error masked to the mainframe OS?

Does it have any thing to do with the 'PPRTEXT' call made when there is an error? I am using this call which was in Teradata's sample Cobol code.
