Looks like you have the correct patch level but have your CS people validate that your TTU level (mload 7.6.3.2) contains the fix for DR87289, which looks like it was released to the patch servers on 6/22. This patch is for TTU on MP-RAS & Solaris, so if you are running mload on another OS then I would open an incident.
