There was talk four years ago about no more Oracle to Teradata Gateways. That was when the Oracle Gateway software sat on an MP-RAS node. Oracle since moved forward with a gateway that sits on a Windows platform. The Oracle Gateway for Teradata Version 9.2 is supported until Dec 2008. There is already a 10g version out.
