Here is the workaround for the problem.

Problem Solution/Problem Prevention:
There is a limit of 64k in V2R5 and TTU 7.0 of 64k for responses. This query surpassed that limit. In future releases we will raise that limit but for now the workaround is as follows:

1. Choose the Capture Execution Plan (Dump Explain) option in the Launch QCF window.

2. When the Dump Explain window appears select the Insert button to populate the QCD.

3. Click OK

4. Click Close to close the Launch QCF window.

5. Load the plan into Visual Explain via the File->Open Plan from Database menu option
