In case anyone was wondering, I opened an incident.
This was caused because CLI INCLUDE files use a variable name which is a keyword in C++ but not in C. The simple workaround is to change the
name to ussing in the INCLUDE file. (CLI itself does not reference this variable) This issue exists in all versions of CLI through TTU 7.1. NCR
will spawn a DR to change this in future versions.
