I need to extract data from Teradata and need to BCP the extracted data into SQL Server.

The Process needs to run in Windows.

Could anybody forward me a working Fast Export script that export the data into an ASCII delimited Text file?

Whatever I have is dumping the data in binary or with a control character after every ascii field.
