Subj:   Re: During MLOAD, is there a way to re-route to a flat file rows that fails to load?

Anyanso:

Without knowing more about your situation, is it possible the the rows being rejected are duplicates? Neither FastLoad nor Muliload log duplicate rows, instead they simply provide you with a count of them.

On the other hand, it sounds like you might be saying that rows exist in the ET table without data in the hostdata column. If this is truly the case, than you should probably take it up with the Teradata Support organization. Otherwise, is it possible that you do not realize that it is binary data and not all combinations of bits will be something you can display? In other words, the data could be there and you are not seeing it in a SELECT.
