Unless you have a way of parsing your output from the archive utility, I don't believe you can get info in DBC.RCEVENTS at the table level if you archive at the database level. If you archive at the table level, you do get that info, as you may have observed.

One noteworthy column in RCEVENTS is the flag "OperationInProcess". It will be "N" if your dump/restore operation completed, otherwise it will be "Y". That way you can distinguish archives that successfully completed vs. the probably rare occasions where they did not (e.g., by cancellation).
