Spool numbering is just for identification. Spool numbering happens during optimization when the optimizer costs all viable execution plans &
not during resolve phase. Resolver resolves views, macros & converts names into internal database ids. The final answer is always put into spool
1. Spool usage/numbering doesn't depend on the type of request (DDL, DML). It depends on the query & the execution strategy.
