Sridhar,

Are you installing the production or demo version of Teradata?

Are you installing Teradata V2R5.0 or another version?

Are you installing on Microsoft Windows or Unix?

If you are installing the demo version of V2R5.0 on Windows, are you using a file system of NTFS or FAT32? If FAT32, then you must follow the instructions for the "FAT32 Installation" topic in the "Advanced Topics" section of the Help file for the Teradata Demo CD.
