Replication Override (RO) seems to keep getting pushed into the distant future. Who knows if we'll ever see it?

Chris, how come you test for AccessRight = 'ALL'? AccessRight is a char(2).

Mike, I've found that a few of the rights (the PM rights) actually require different names when granting and revoking. Here are the names to use when granting and revoking:

     AS --> ABORTSESSION
     MR --> MONRESOURCE
     MS --> MONSESSION
     SR --> SETRESRATE
     SS --> SETSESSRATE
