I agree with admin, the question you are asking is how long is a piece of string?

Or to put it in another context. I need a vehicle. How much will it cost me? How big is it?

The answer depends upon the problem you are trying to solve...

Do you need to transport 1 person or many people?

If many people is it < 4 (a car might do) < 8 (a van) < 20 (a mini bus) etc etc etc.

Can you get there by land (if not you might need an aircraft or a boat)?

Do you intend to carry a lot of stuff? Would it fit in a car, or would you need a truck of some sort?

Etc etc etc.

Getting back to admin's comment, the NCR sales *team* should ask questions like this in the context of Teradata and depending upon your needs will be able to come up with an appropriately configured and costed system.

Just like my vehicle analogy, Teradata comes in all sorts of sizes and configurations (with associated costs). The solution you need depends upon what you need to do with it.

I know this doesn't answer your question, but I hope this helps understand the process.
