I've gotten good results with account string expansion (&S&D&T).
The &D&T will give you the Date time of the last request to the second. You have to parse the string. We have a nightly process that parses
the strings to make querying easier. You then have to make an assumption that all processing takes place during the time period that the query
starts. You then sum cpouseconds and divide by the period. I have gotten pretty good results when I look at hour time periods. There are always
some outliers (really long queries). I usually graph this information against the resusage. That helps identify the period outliers.
