It sounds like one of the support files is missing. (Maybe an older version was in use at the time you ran the install?)

One option is to uninstall/re-install ensuring that nothing is running at the time.

Alternatively, please execute the 'verify.exe' app (in the SQL Assistant install directory) This will create a 'verify.log' file that should indicate what file is missing, or incorrect (low version).

If this doesn't clear it up / allow you to fix it, please send me a copy of the verify.log file.
