I do agree with Mike Larkins. Although, to give you the MLOAD delimited file option:

     .IMPORT INFILE  INPUTFILE1.DAT FORMAT VARTEXT ',' LAYOUT LAYOUT1
       APPLY DML_LAYOUT1
