There were a *huge* number of DRs on incorrect results with PPI and other V2R5 features between .05 and the current release; we just
stepped up from .20 to .25, and we're looking at .27 next.

NCR used to apply fixes to the latest release first and then back port as needed. That way, you could be certain that if you went to the latest
release you would get the latest fixes (occasional regressions excepted). For some reason, NCR changed their policy and started applying fixes to
V2R5.0.0 and porting forwards and backwards from there. The V2R5.0.x releases suffered as a result, and for a while it was really difficult to
choose a release for both features and stability. Things have gotten better recently, though.
