Subj:		Business Contingency

We are looking for information on how other Teradata users are implementing BCP (Business Contingency) ?

We have a test and a production system. The test system no longer has the capacity to be used as a disaster recovery system for our production.

Are any of you using Dual Active systems where you are loading your data into 2 systems using Teradata Query Director program. This seems like it would be a lot of work on our side? Would be very interested in hearing what other people's experiences of this have been?

Or has anyone ever tried to use EMC's disk technology SRDF or BCV's to replicate your Teradata system? NCR dont seem to support this but I cant understand why it would not work in theory?
