You can't "specify" soft RI (meaning that RI is taken care of by an application rather than the DBMS). You can only turn hard RI off in ERwin,
thereby removing the constraints. Bear in mind, hard RI only works if you are defining Primary Key to Foreign relationships. Since we, at AE, do
not user RI at the database level, we don't even bother create PK/FK definitions in the physical models forward engineering process.
