The limit on the combined number of concurrent FastLoad, MultiLoad, FastExport jobs is controlled by MaxLoadTasks setting in dbscontrol.
Initial setting on a new system is 5, max allowable setting is 15.
Use the TENACITY parameter to cause the FastLoad to wait & retry periodically instead of failing immediately. (Both MultiLoad and FastExport
default to 4 hours but FastLoad defaults to zero.)
