We had some problems early on with TDMAN 6.0 whereby the older versions had not uninstalled properly. You also have to be careful that you
have accessrights on the dbcmanager tables in the new versions because some profile information is stored on the database now.
So I'd check you had the most up to date version and then start from, scratch, re-install and set up the RDBMS elements again on your
database
