We've had our metadata on SQL Server because of performance issues since we started in 1997 with Microstrategy 5.0 and Teradata V2R3. Now with Microstrategy 7i projects accessing both Teradata and Oracle, we don't see any reason to move the metadata off SQLServer.

If it ain't broke, don't fix it!
