Hello,

thanks for your answers, the syntax "select count(*) into :param from table where ...." is OK, i just was unaware of the context BTEQ / ODBC : i have created my first Store Procedure via ODBC !

next step, i tried a BTEQ compile : a strong abend !

as i said, i have to learn about Store Procedures ...
