Hello,

I've seen this problem sometime ago, in that particular case it was due to the fact the application was using a MONITOR partition and issuing a request parcel with an Alternate Parcel Header (APH). Teradata was not supporting APH with MONITOR partitions and so a fix was developed for different V2R5 software levels.

Suggest you check your V2R5 version and patch levels with your NCR Teradata representative or the GSC, in case the application is trying to perform what I described above.
