Periodically we delete "obsolete" data in our warehouse after exporting it from Teradata to secondary storage. Occasionally the users request
us to put some of the migrated data back into the warehouse, something that has to be done "manually". Any suggestions on how to do this more
effectively? Is there any user-friendly application that keeps track of the migrated data and allows you to selectively restore a specific
instance of it?
And how to restore data to a table which has had its definition changed after the data was migrated?
