Once you have selected the dimension and its "lowest level children" (in Cognos parlance) you should be able to see the available
measures. If you don't see the measures you expected to see, perhaps check the definitions and whether they are logically compatible with the
hierarchy levels selected in the report. That's all I can think of right now. If you wish, contact me in private with more details.
