The option to submit only the highlighted text is not implemented for Imports.
Although it would be easy to implement I'm not sure it makes much sense since an Import will almost always consist of one or more identical
statements. Since this would normally be built by executing one statement then 'duplicating' that statement there is really no reason to test the
(identical) parts separately.
This is not the case with a regular query which may contain many different parts, any of which may be executed separately.
