MS Access uses an OBDC connection to link to Teradata tables. MS Access inserts the "?" you see in the query "Where" clause representing the host variables, not Teradata. MS Access also inserts the many double quotes found within the query.

For MS Access generated queries, you will not see anything other than the "?" in your DBC.DBQLogTbl. What you see is as good as it gets.
