I follow your rules and it's working. I will do more testing, but overall, it's working.

I understand the rule 3 (Do not specify a WHERE clause for a single-table join index) but I will experimente a "virtual single-table join index with a where clause", I mean main table join with a dummy table. It might usefull for creating small and critical JI on a single table.
