How can a table be requested for creation in more than one database??? What would cause this kind of error??? Any clues???

Below is the error message from the error messages documentation:

3808 Database unspecified for '%VSTR'.

Explanation: The request to create a table, view, or macro refers to more than one database. The new table, view, or macro name is not fully qualified without the database name. This error occurs on the CREATE TABLE, VIEW, or MACRO statement.
