Use Teradata Administrator... (aka WinDDI)

It will copy objects from one source to another... It works great...

You can copy the DDL from one system to another or from one database to another.

When you say you want to copy a database, I am assuming you want to copy the objects within a database... Tables, Views...

Teradata Administrator is exactly what you want to use...
