Can someone tell me how the disk space is connected to the database when Teradata is on Windows? We have a large SAN (Hitachi?), could
this be used as the table space if we went to a Windows version?
Is there significant performance loss between UNIX and Windows given the same CPU and RAM size? How does the BYNet connect between
Windows servers? Is each server a Node? How large a database can Windows "practically" handle 5 TB, 10 TB?
Thanks
