If you have a corrupted History database you can repair it from within SQL Assistant / Queryman by using the 'Compact Database' option on
the Tools menu. (This option performs repairs in version 6.0 and above.)
Also note that for those of you who have been using Queryman for many years your History database may be in Access 97 (or even Access
2.0) format. This will limit its ability to store large queries (The max size of a string [Memo field] used to be 46K)
In this case I would suggest using MS Access to convert the database to Access2000 format. (Do not update it to anything later than
Access2000) Alternatively - if you do not need your current history - you can simply delete or rename the history database (called
queryman.mdb if you do not use separate databases for each data source) and SQL Assistant will create a new one in Access 2000 format.
