Hi Rohit, I'm not really sure why you are preferring disk over tape, but yes from a Teradata point of view there are no issues. Instead of the regular tape based storageunit you will need to specify a disk based storage unit. After creating the disk based storage unit, you will change your class definition in policy management and let it use the newly created storageunit. To verify your setup its recommended to do a test archive and restore to make sure that you didn't overlook something. Regards, Ysbrand Ysbrand Bergman
