Ron,
A friend of mine is just working on this same approach. He has defined triggers that correspond, one to one, with the NetVault jobs he
needs to start. The -wait option will tells nvtrigger not to return until the backup job completes. When using the wait, the exit code of
the nvtrigger command is actually a reflection of the job exit status:
0 Backup Completed
1 Backup Failed
2 Backup Completed with warnings
3 Backup aborted by user
* Unsure, to be checked
Great for making decisions based on job exit status....
God Luck!
