This statement APPEARS to be saying that Teradata WILL use a secondary index in this situation:

....
where TableX.SI_column = 'myvalue'
....

but will NOT use an SI in this situation:
....
where TableX.SI_column = TableZ.column
....

That's not true, correct? I assume I'm misreading this statement. Please clarify.
