Actually I should have retracted that, once I read it. Assuming balanced workload across AMPs, you should have same ratio. But if there is skewing then the SUMs could be slower to reach this threshold. If you can monitor PEAK CPUtime/DiskIO by VPROC then a skewed query could be identified.
