Carrie,

I apologize for my last post; I was cutting and pasting my thoughts and it appears I cut out more than I wanted. Anyhow, your point is well taken; I will bring down the RP0 number to 300 or so. We were not planning on using any other allocation groups within either RP1 or RP2; at this time. RP2 will simply separate the batch accounts and limit their resource usage during the day and RP 1 will limit the remaining accounts to the 75% ceiling.

RP0 = 300 = 69%
RP1 = 100 = 23% (RP ceiling limit of 75%)
RP2 = 33 = 8 %
