The database/user DBC always owns ALL the space in the system, so whatever amount is the maximum of your configuation is what DBC gets.
Any space assigned to other default database such as SysAdmin, TDPUSER, SystemFe, Crashdumps, Sys_Calendar, and console have space allocated
directly from the DBC perm space. Additionally, DBC retains all the spool which is also equivalent to ALL the permspace of the system, so,
if you have a 1.2 Terabyte system then the DBC starts out with 1.2 Tb of Perm and 1.2 Tb of Spool. The spool size for the DBC does not
change automatically as you apportion spool to the other databases in the tree (hierarchy). However the perm space does automatically
diminish as you allocate perm downward to the other databases.
