I see something funny about the field Transaction Count that appears on the session details screen.

When an user logs on using Queryman and I watch his session on PMON, the Transaction Count shows some crazy value such as 8622 and after sometime, if I refresh PMON, it appears (correctly) as 1.

Then the user submits 1 query and again, PMON shows the transaction count as another big number, only to be changed to 2 after some time.

Is this a bug or is there a meaning behind all this?

If there are NCR folks reading this, I once again reiterate a post from 2001 Oct, ( www.teradataforum.com/teradata/20011015_101326.htm ) and ask that NCR should document and relate the source of each PMON fields to PM/API calls.
