Dave commented to me that this method should really be called "session balancing" which I totally agree with.

Another benefit on this is that the DNS is central (no host files, if you want to use CLI then use DNS with ...cop1 on the end), so easier to change if needed - also good for DR switch DNS is a good method even without the balancing (note that OLELOAD does not work with DNS)
