We have more than one application running on our production server. The other applications do not require password expiration, so the system password expiration in SysSecDefaults is off; but mine does, so I have set up a table with user ID's and a number of days until expiration. We run a Perl script every night that checks for old passwords and automatically changes those that have expired.
