Dean Arnold's DBD::Teradata is the only DBD I know of (there was teraperl some time ago, but from memory it did not use DBI infrastructure). He has a updated supported version available for $, and there is an unsupported (old release) you can download. Go with the DBD::Teradata - it's great, I haven't really used the utility side though.
