Hello amigos mios,

Well, I've got a little bit of a question. We're using Informatica (v5) for ETL, and it creates a log table name when Multiloading a table, and this log table name is prefixed with the (rather large) prefix of MLDLOG_. Based on our knowledge, this cannot be changed in the Informatica tool.

This cuts down the length of the table names that we use, and since we're encoding other things into the table name (I know, I know, not necessarily a good idea), we sometimes run into trouble with names over thirty characters. We'd like to find out if there's a way to tell the tool to use another prefix, and I was wondering if someone on the list knew of a way, or had some opinions. Thanks!
