<-- Anonymously Posted: Thursday, May 29, 2003 14:33 --> I have seen previous postings on the topic of differences in results format between queryman and interagate. One of the responses was that ODBC ignores FORMAT clauses. OK, but now I am using both queryman and Interagate with ODBC, and yet I get different results. Why? eg queryman output is 20,443,677 interagate with ODBC output is col_dec_9_0 Related question : For the example above (decimal data type), in what format is the result set from the PE to the client? is it in a character format or is it in some binary encoded form?
