Hi John, Open the Query in Design Mode. 1. Right Click on Open Portion of Query. 2. Find Properties and Click it. You will find the Following Window. __________________ Query Properties Description...... ---- ---etc RecordsetType....Dynaset ---- ---- ---etc Order By ....... ___________________ 3. Please set the Recordsettype = Snapshot. Run the Query , you should get the Results. Fields in snapshots. While most queries return recordsets that you can edit, some queries return snapshots, which can't be edited. 4. Some more Explanation for RecordsetType The RecordsetType property uses the following settings.
