You can do it a couple of ways: One, and the best, is to use Priority Scheduler to define different priorities for the user based on your
parameters. Other one, more cumbersome, is to change the priority using PMON. For this, the session must be active for you to change the
priority. Maybe you can setup a kron job (or a prescheduled job) to run at a particular time to change the user's priority. I am not sure
if there are any cons to this. Option 1 seems the best for you. Raghav
