In the account string "$LNYDSS$DSS&D&T", $L defines the priority ($L for 'Low', $M for 'Medium', $H for 'High' and $R for Rush) of the
user logged in using this account string in the '.logon' statement. And, NYDSS$DSS is the account name. &D and &T are ASE (Account String
Expansion) variables which are replaced with current date and time whenever a request is submitted by this user.
Information about the user and their accounts can be found by querying the view 'dbc.accountinfo'.
