I believe Teradata's driver JDBC03.00.00 which supports Type-3 and Type-4 has been available since March 31st. Type-2 has been dropped. It might've even been shipped with recent orders of TTU7.0. The only other way to get a copy of it is to hit up technical support online or call up the support center to request it.
